On the slopes of the Etna volcano, in Sicily, IASS cultivates, produces and markets innovative and high-quality products that inebriate the five senses of pleasure...

The mission of IASS is to produce exquisite raw materials, to use them in the creation of high-end products, for those customers whose sensory experience is distinguished by refined taste and niche product selection.

Our crops respect the production cycle of nature, without the use of any chemical additives, exploiting only the minerals present in the soil, the mild climate and the sea breeze of the island.

IASS was born mainly as a producer of saffron, a delicious spice with a thousand virtues and uses in elite sectors.

Our saffron is harvested at dawn, dried and not toasted, stored in glass jars to ensure the purity and quality of the product.

In addition to saffron, IASS grows Fingerlime also called lemon caviar, Etna black mulberry, and numerous varieties of botanical herbs and spices linked to the particularity of the territory.

Our raw materials are also used to create artisanal liqueurs, jams and seasonal fruit preserves with saffron, herbal teas that embrace the taste and well-being of the person, panettone and various sweets, etc.
